Qualifications

• CPA required; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Experience leading accounting teams and functions across GL, AP, AR, payroll, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close end-to-end with GAAP alignment.
• Lead audits and ensure audit readiness with clean documentation.
• Oversee treasury, cash management, and liquidity across programs and entities.
• Develop and enforce internal controls and SOX-like processes across finance operations.
• Mentor and develop the accounting team to ensure timely, accurate reporting.
