Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced corporate development and in-house M&A professionals to help train its AI-driven presentation workflows. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated board decks, target screening materials, synergy exhibits, and deal memos across live transactions.

This fully remote, flexible role pays $100/hour with 5–20 hours per week and an ASAP start. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company, plus expert

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (board decks, target screening, synergy exhibits, deal memos, integration planning, pipeline materials)
• Train the language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks
