The role emphasizes case coverage, customer education, and collaboration with sales, clinical research, and marketing to meet sales goals and expand market share. Remote U.S. travel up to 50% may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-5+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to travel 50% within assigned region.
• Patient interaction experience within a lab/operating room environment.
• Relevant Technical Certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical procedure and product expert for case coverage in the hospital setting.
• Meet with physicians and hospital staff to identify clinical needs and demonstrate product benefits.
• Develop relationships with hospital personnel and identify key decision makers.
• Provide clinical support in case coverage, troubleshooting and in-service education.
• Educate customers on product usage with presentations and demonstrations.
• Attend clinical procedures to ensure customer and patient success with vascular products.
• Respond to customer needs and issues by coordinating with sales, R&D, marketing.

Education
