Abbott Laboratories seeks a Clinical Specialist, Coronary, in Atlanta South, GA. The role focuses on case planning, case support coverage and product pull-through across the territory, with promotion of vascular products through clinical education and training in hospital settings.

You will provide clinical education and sales support to help achieve sales goals, increase revenues and expand market share while attending procedures in cardiac labs and operating rooms as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-5+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to travel 50% within assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the technical procedure and product expert in support of case coverage in the hospital setting.
• Meet with existing and potential customers to identify clinical needs and discuss how Vascular products can help achieve goals.
• Develop relationships with hospital personnel and identify key decision makers.
• Serve as primary resource for clinical support in case coverage, troubleshooting and in-service education.
• Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of products through presentations and demonstrations.
• Attend clinical procedures in Cardiac Cath Lab, IR Lab, and OR to ensure customer and patient success.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints by developing feasible solutions with related personnel.
• Support the broader Region with case support in addition to defined territory.
