Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Clinical Specialist for the Coronary/Vascular field in Atlanta to provide clinical education, case support, and product pull-through across hospitals. You will promote Abbott Vascular devices through hands-on training and in-service sessions, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and sales support.

The role emphasizes case coverage, clinical education, and collaboration with physicians, OR staff, and regional teams to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-5+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to travel 50% within assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical procedure and product expert in support of case coverage in the hospital setting.
• Meet with physicians and hospital staff to identify clinical needs and demonstrate product value.
• Develop relationships with hospital personnel and identify key decision makers.
• Educate customers through presentations and in-service training on product usage and benefits.
• Attend clinical procedures in Cardiac Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology Lab, and OR to support customer success.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints with feasible solutions and collaborate with sales, clinical research, and marketing teams to improve service.
