Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a SharePoint-focused Systems Engineer to implement and optimize Navy IT transformations, modernize data governance, and support enterprise personnel systems.

You will work across SharePoint Online/Server, MS 365, and Power Platform to meet mission needs, while ensuring security and governance across projects. Onsite Arlington, VA role with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with SharePoint Online or SharePoint Server administration.
• Experience in site configuration, including sites, lists, libraries, permissions, views, and metadata.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into SharePoint solutions.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or JSON for UI customization and list formatting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, OneDrive, and Power Automate workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot SharePoint issues, including permissions, performance, and inheritance.
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems.
