Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of project management experience in print or digital content production.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams and advising on workflows to drive swift resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, resources, budget, risk, and quality benchmarks.
• Identify risks, adapt plans as priorities shift, and resolve problems creatively.
• Collaborate with authors, product developers, program managers, and global production partners to keep work on track.
• Monitor production partner performance and ensure compliance with project specifications and processes.
• Contribute to retrospectives and support development of production partners and workflows.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders and maintain accurate project data across systems.
• Champion accessibility standards across all deliverables for an equitable learning experience.
• Engage in cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and pilot new tools and workflows.
