Responsibilities

• Identify risks early, adapt plans, and resolve problems creatively and resourcefully.
• Collaborate with authors, product developers, program managers, and partners to stay on track.
• Monitor production partner performance and ensure compliance with processes.
• Champion accessibility standards across all deliverables and drive workflow improvements.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and maintain accurate project data across systems.
• Support retrospectives and train production partners to improve efficiency.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and delivery outcomes.
