Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Copilot Software Engineer to design and scale enterprise-grade cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure and the M365 stack. You will lead integration across SharePoint, Power Platform, and Graph, delivering AI-enabled features using Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and related services.

You will mentor developers, own CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable solutions across client engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with deep expertise in M365 and Microsoft Azure.
• Proven experience designing and building M365 applications and SPFx components and integration layers via secured APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Entra, Purview, and SharePoint Advanced Management.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure using .NET/C# as the foundation.
• Build and maintain the SPFx front end, API, and Azure supporting layer connecting backend services to front-ends via SharePoint, Teams, and M365 tools.
• Integrate enterprise backend systems including SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Graph via secure connectors.
