Quisitive, a leading Microsoft solutions partner, seeks a Change Management Consultant to guide clients in adopting Copilot, Cowork, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and related technologies. This remote role involves stakeholder engagement, training, and change impact assessments, with travel to client sites as needed.

Preference for candidates in the South Central region; some travel required. You will work with project managers, technical consultants, and client teams to ensure adoption

Qualifications

• 3+ years of organizational change management, technology adoption, training, communications, or consulting.
• Experience with Copilot and/or Cowork change management.
• Experience supporting technology implementations in a client-facing environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Purview or similar.
• Understanding of ADKAR or Prosci change management frameworks.
• Strong written communication, presentation, facilitation, and active listening skills.
• Ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and work independently as part of a delivery team.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.

Responsabilités

• Support change management activities for Microsoft technology projects.
• Conduct stakeholder, readiness, and change impact assessments and translate findings into actionable plans.
• Build and execute communication, training, sponsor engagement and reinforcement plans.
• Identify adoption risks early and help clients address them.
• Help clients adopt Copilot, Cowork and AI-enabled ways of working.
• Translate capabilities into business value and role-based use cases.
• Develop enablement materials and training content.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
• Work with project managers, technical consultants, solution architects, and client teams as one delivery unit.
• Contribute to Quisitive's change management tools, methods, and best practices.
