FitPoint Talent is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a client for an Executive Leadership Coach.
This is a senior individual-contributor coaching and advisory role for a professional who can help CEOs, founders, Vice Presidents, functional leaders, and senior leadership teams strengthen decision-making, leadership effectiveness, executive communication, stakeholder influence, and execution.
Why This Role Matters
Senior leaders make high-stakes decisions while navigating organisational change, demanding stakeholder relationships, competing priorities, and the need to turn strategy into consistent action.
As an Executive Leadership Coach, you will serve as a credible, confidential thinking partner. You will help leaders build clarity, judgement, influence, communication capability, and practical accountability around the priorities that matter most.

- Coach leaders on strategic planning, executive communication, executive presence, stakeholder management, performance management, team effectiveness, and change leadership.
- Help leaders communicate complex ideas clearly, influence across functions, manage high-stakes relationships, and lead through organisational change.
- Apply sound organisational-development and people-strategy judgement to leadership effectiveness, talent challenges, team dynamics, succession-related conversations, and organisational performance.
- Build trusted client relationships while maintaining appropriate confidentiality, ethical boundaries, discretion, and coaching standards.
- Maintain suitable engagement records and track progress in line with approved coaching, privacy, and client-management practices.
- Provide authorised stakeholders with non-confidential, programme-level insight on engagement progress and themes without compromising individual coaching confidentiality.
- Where required within an engagement, contribute to consultative business-development activity through needs discovery, relationship management, proposal input, and clearly scoped advisory recommendations.
