Fitpoint Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Executive People, Culture and Talent Coach for a confidential client. The role partners with senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability, workplace culture, and organisational effectiveness, delivering practical coaching and actionable talent initiatives.

This is a paid, senior-level engagement focused on leadership development, culture transformation, and talent practices.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience in executive coaching, leadership development, HR leadership, talent management, organisational development, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience partnering credibly with senior leaders, executives, or comparable decision-makers.
• Strong coaching, facilitation, communication, stakeholder-management, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to assess complex people or organisational challenges and provide practical, appropriately scoped guidance.
• Sound judgement, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with senior leaders and designated people stakeholders to identify people, culture, leadership, and talent priorities.
• Deliver executive and leadership coaching aligned with agreed organisational objectives.
• Conduct culture and engagement assessments and translate findings into practical action plans.
• Advise on leadership development, performance management, employee engagement, team effectiveness, and career development.
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, talent development, and succession-planning initiatives where within the agreed role scope.
• Facilitate leadership sessions, workshops, and cross-functional team-development activities.
• Contribute to organisational-design and resource-planning discussions that support agreed business goals.
• Develop clear recommendations, action plans, and progress measures for agreed engagements.
• Maintain appropriate confidentiality, professional boundaries, and accurate engagement documentation.
• Collaborate with relevant HR, talent, learning, and leadership stakeholders to coordinate support.
