D2B is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal for a fully remote role to support our legal team with property transactions and related matters. You will prepare and review documents, conduct searches and due diligence, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and help ensure smooth settlements in line with UK conveyancing procedures.

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of conveyancing/paralegal support experience.
- Experience supporting UK legal practices is required.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Office tools; familiarity with practice management software is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review conveyancing documents, including contracts of sale and settlement statements.
- Conduct title searches and due diligence to support property transactions.
- Manage file setup, document organization and case management for records.
- Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and stakeholders during conveyancing.
- Assist with settlement document prep and coordinate timelines.
- Draft correspondence and keep clients updated on transactions.
- Support compliance reviews and document checks for property matters.
- Maintain data in Smokeball and ensure UK conveyancing timelines are met.
