• Handle leasehold sales and purchases - essential.
• Handle freehold transactions.
• Deal with contracts, searches, enquiries, titles and lease documentation.
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, managing agents and other solicitors.
• Exchange contracts and coordinate completion.
• Maintain accurate files and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

About You

• Strong residential leasehold conveyancing experience is essential.
• Experience managing your own caseload.
• Good knowledge of leasehold matters, including leases, service charges and management packs.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Confident working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with conveyancing case management systems.
