Job summary

Willow Wealth is seeking a talented Website Designer to support an ongoing website redesign on a contract basis. This role focuses on translating marketing strategy into polished, high-performing web pages and landing pages, with delivery from brief to Figma handoff and engineering readiness.

Expected commitment is 20–30 hours per week. The team is NYC-based, but remote US candidates are welcome; East Coast hours are preferred.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience designing websites and marketing landing pages with a strong portfolio.
Self-manage in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Advanced Figma skills including components and variants.
Experience contributing to design systems or component libraries.
Ability to design for conversion with clear visual hierarchy.

Responsibilities

Design website pages and marketing landing pages from brief to final Figma handoff and development support.
Translate inputs like goals, sitemaps, and conversion strategy into clear visual designs.
Create fully responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints.
Extend and reuse components within the Figma library to maintain consistency and reduce engineering effort.
Produce developer-ready, well-organized design files with components and variants.
Collaborate with Product Manager to manage workload and milestones.
Present work to Creative Designer and incorporate feedback for sign-off.
Design with conversion in mind across site pages and landing pages.
Self-manage workload and timelines with minimal oversight.
Participate in design reviews with marketing, creative, product, and engineering stakeholders.
Contribute copy edits or suggestions where needed (a plus).
