Job summary

Willow Wealth is seeking a conversion-focused Website Designer to support an ongoing website redesign on a contract basis. You will translate marketing strategy into polished, high-performing web pages and landing pages.

This engagement is 20-30 hours per week. The team is NYC-based; remote candidates across the US are welcome, but East Coast hours are preferred. You will work with the Creative Designer and Product Manager to produce developer-ready, clean handoffs from Figma.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing websites and marketing landing pages
• Strong portfolio showing web and landing page design work, ideally with conversion performance or measurable outcomes
• Advanced Figma skills including components, variants, and structured file organization
• Experience with design systems or component libraries
• Ability to design across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints and ensure visual consistency

Responsibilities

• Design website pages and marketing landing pages from brief to final Figma handoff and development support
• Translate inputs into clear visual designs aligned with goals and strategy
• Create fully responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Extend and reuse components to maintain consistency and minimize engineering effort
• Collaborate with Product Manager to manage workload and deadlines
• Present work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
• Design with conversion in mind for CTAs and user flows
