Job summary

Willow Wealth is seeking a Website Designer to support an ongoing site redesign as a contract role. You will translate marketing strategy into polished pages, coordinating with a Creative Designer and Product Manager. The work is 20–30 hours per week, remote across the US, with a preference for East Coast hours.

You will design responsive layouts, extend a Figma library, and ensure handoffs to engineering are clean and consistent, enabling high-conversion pages.

Qualifications

• Senior-level website and landing page design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proven ability to convert design into actionable pages and visuals.
• Experience with design systems or component libraries is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design website pages and marketing landing pages from brief to final handoff and development support.
• Translate goals and strategy into effective visual designs across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Extend existing Figma components and variants for consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Present work and incorporate feedback to achieve sign-off and conversions.
