About This Opportunity

Coalition Technologies is hiring a remote Web Designer / UI Designer to craft custom website designs, wireframes, brand guides, design systems, vector icons, and web graphics for various client projects. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams (Digital Producers, copywriters, SEO experts, and developers) to build desktop and mobile visual experiences that balance usability, branding, accessibility, and performance. Candidates must complete a skills assessment as part of the evaluation process.

Requirements

Mastery of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator; experience with Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere Pro.Strong portfolio showcasing web design, website mockups, and responsive design experience.Understanding of core design fundamentals and web accessibility guidelines.Excellent written and spoken English skills with experience presenting designs professionally to clients.Ability to manage tight deadlines and perform well under pressure.Dedicated remote setup: fast computer, microphone, speakers, stable power supply, and high-speed internet.Preferred: Knowledge of HTML/CSS, eCommerce design, web app dashboard design, project tools (Basecamp, Google Docs), and design handoff to developers.
