Job summary

Omilia is seeking a Conversational UX Specialist to own the design quality of conversational experiences within the Solution Optimization team. You will design user-centric conversational flows and validate them using real interaction data to improve KPIs and overall solution quality across accounts.

You will analyze live interactions to identify breakdowns, drive fixes, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure viable, scalable conversational designs in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Ideally a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in UX design and/or requirements analysis, design, and optimization of Conversational AI systems.
• Ability to craft clear, engaging dialogue for conversational interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end quality of conversational UX design to be scalable, modular, and maintainable.
• Design scalable conversational flows and translate business needs into user-centric solutions.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and align with company goals.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure technical viability of design solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation of design decisions and user flows.
