Job summary

Omilia is seeking a Conversational AI application developer to join our Solution Delivery team, delivering the latest in voice and chat-driven AI solutions to enterprises worldwide. This fully remote role can be worked from any EU country.

You will work with Omilia’s Cloud Platform to design and develop production-grade conversational systems, blending generative and rule-based approaches, and integrating with client systems via REST.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or Natural Language;
• Fluent English and Greek;
• Processing, related field, or equivalent experience;
• Excellent communication skills, customer-facing;
• Problem solving and engineering mindset;
• Knowledge of basic programming principles;
• Interest in Generative AI concepts (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG);
• Ambition and eagerness to learn with attention to detail;
• Well-organized for team or solo work;
• Accountable within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and design applications per usability and business needs;
• Develop hybrid AI applications blending agentic and rule-based capabilities;
• Implement and test semantic models and conversation flows using Omilia's Cloud Platform;
• Prepare and annotate datasets for ML training and test model performance;
• Code application logic with JavaScript;
• Integrate Omilia apps with client systems via REST services;
• Perform test-driven development, unit and regression testing;
• Debug with customers and team members and provide feedback to product teams;
• Support partners and customers during day-2 operations and share insights.
