Job summary

TGW-System is seeking a Controls Project Manager II to coordinate delivery of industrial projects. You will set schedules, select team members, monitor budgets, and enforce deadlines while coordinating with engineering teams and vendors.

Ideal candidates have a engineering degree and 2–4 years of PM experience, with up to 50% travel. Strong communication and organization skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering-related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in project management.
• Travel 30-50% as required.

Responsibilities

• Manages projects through the full life cycle, from kickoff to closeout.
• Develops plans with milestones and strict deadlines.
• Creates RFQ/RFPs for contracting electrical installation and controls engineering.
• Defines scope, budget, and resources; monitors budget and requests funding as needed.
• Collaborates with Program Managers and cross-functional teams to drive engineering activities.
