Job summary

STACK Infrastructure seeks an experienced Controls Project Manager to serve as a BMS & EPMS SME within the Innovation and Engineering team. You will support design and execution across STACK projects, partnering with Preconstruction, Construction leadership, design teams, and OFCI vendors to govern controls requirements.

You will review drawings, evaluate submittals, coordinate with stakeholders, and assist commissioning to ensure alignment with approved designs and project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 4+ years in controls/MEP design, construction, commissioning or related areas.
• Experience with design engineers, GC, controls vendors, and construction teams.
• Experience with data center or mission-critical facilities is desirable.
• Familiarity with construction and commissioning processes from design to turnover.

Responsibilities

• Review design drawings, specs, and technical documentation for controls alignment.
• Evaluate mechanical/electrical equipment submittals for controls requirements.
• Coordinate requirements between design teams, construction teams, and vendors.
• Assist with commissioning activities to ensure installed controls meet design.
• Translate customer specs into executable project documentation and actions.
