Job summary

STACK Infrastructure seeks an experienced Controls Project Manager to serve as a BMS/EPMS SME within the Innovation and Engineering team. You will design and execute BMS/EPMS across STACK projects, coordinating with Preconstruction, Construction leadership, design teams, and OFCI vendors to ensure controls requirements drive informed decisions and successful project delivery.

You will review customer specifications, translate them to project stakeholders, and ensure alignment with the approved

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in controls, MEP design, construction, commissioning, or related field.
• Experience coordinating with design engineers, general contractors, controls contractors, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Review design drawing packages prepared by Engineers of Record and coordinate controls requirements.
• Evaluate mechanical and electrical equipment submittals for controls-related alignment.
• Collaborate with design teams, construction teams, and vendors to implement customer specifications.
• Assist with commissioning activities to ensure installed controls meet project requirements.
