Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business.
• 6-8 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Expertise in financial close processes and best practices.
• Proficiency with accounting and business platforms (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Fathom, Shopify, Cin7, Amazon).
• Experience advising small businesses in inventories, creative projects, or tech startups.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
