R.D. Barnett PLLC seeks a Controller to own day-to-day finance, provide analysis to leadership, and improve the systems behind the work.

You’ll personally manage accounting, billing, receivables, payables, payroll, and close activities while building stronger reporting, forecasts, controls, and workflows. You’ll also oversee benefits administration and selected operational projects connected to finance, employees, vendors, insurance, and systems.

Qualifications

• Own a full accounting cycle including month-end close and reconciliations.
• Build forecasts, cash-flow projections, and financial reports.
• Manage payroll, benefits, and related processes with reliability.
• Coordinate with vendors, accounting, tax, and insurance partners.
• Communicate financial information clearly to leadership.
