Job summary

Aypa Power LLC, a Blackstone portfolio company, is seeking a Contracts Specialist to support the full lifecycle of supply, service, and EPC contracts. You will manage document control, drafting, redlining, and execution, working with legal, finance, engineering, procurement, and commercial teams.

The role emphasizes high-volume, deadline-driven work, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency with Word, Adobe, and e-signature tools in a fast-paced energy storage environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field with experience in contract administration or transactional support.
• Experience with EPC or equipment supply contracting in energy storage, renewables, or utility-scale infra is preferred.
• Expert-level Word skills for redlining, tracking changes, and document cleanup.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary gatekeeper for contract documents and maintain rigorous version control.
• Process documents from counter parties, reconciling markups and reconstructing tracked changes.
• Incorporate standard terms into contracts and drive documents toward execution on schedule.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, engineering, procurement, and commercial teams to finalize terms.
