Job summary

Choice Property Resources is looking for a Contracts Manager to negotiate and manage telecommunications services for multi-family property clients. This fully-remote role requires strong analytical skills and business acumen. Candidates should be detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple projects.

The position is based in the Columbus, Ohio metro area, open to residents of the Central Ohio region only. You will work independently and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Salary ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 based on experience, with additional perks like health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and extensive paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in a related field is required.
• Experience with telecommunications and multi-family services is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage telecommunications service agreements.
• Vet client properties with vendors for existing agreements.
• Prepare detailed proposal summaries for client presentations.
