Ladders seeks a Contracts Manager to lead complex proposals and contracts within the Aerospace & Defense sector, operating in a highly regulated government contracting environment. The role ensures contractual compliance, supports negotiations, and helps execute agreements aligned with procurement requirements.

Remote work is available for US-based candidates; visa sponsorship is not provided. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and serving as a trusted contracts

Qualifications

• University degree with 8 years of experience, or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in government contracting, specifically FAR 12 and FAR 15 regulations.
• Experience with contract formation, including NDAs, MOUs, and MOAs.
• Experience conducting proposal compliance reviews and contract negotiations.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

For our client, we are seeking a Contracts Manager to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will support the management of complex proposals and contracts within a highly regulated government contracting environment. The position plays a key part in ensuring contractual compliance, supporting negotiations, and helping the organization execute agreements that align with procurement requirements. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners and serve as a trusted contracts resource on both internal and external communications.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $107,500 – $204,500 annually
