Cobham Sa is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to support our rapidly growing U.S. defense and government business. You will manage, review, negotiate, and administer contracts with U.S.

government agencies and defense customers, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and company policies. The role requires independence in a remote setting, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and program teams while staying current on evolving

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of contracts management with U.S. government experience.
• Hands-on experience with FAR/DFARS and flow-down requirements.
• Experience negotiating with U.S. federal agencies, primes, or subs.
• Strong understanding of government procurement and compliance obligations.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Mansioni

• Manage lifecycle of U.S. government and defense contracts from proposal to closeout.
• Review, negotiate, and interpret contract terms with government and defense customers.
• Ensure FAR/DFARS compliance and applicable regulations.
• Identify risks, advise stakeholders, and mitigate non-compliant terms.
• Support Sales during proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and negotiations.
• Serve as main contact for contractual matters with customers and teams.
• Monitor contract performance, deliverables, and compliance throughout.
