The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead contract management across the Northeast Division, providing oversight, leadership, and coordinated service delivery for multiple business units while aligning with policy and risk standards.

You will partner with Legal, Finance, Grants, Operations, and program teams to resolve complex contracting issues, drive process improvements, and develop staff capabilities while ensuring compliance, accountability, and timely execution of

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
TNC CCS certification or ability to obtain certification within established timeframes.
Experience with government regulations related to grants and contracts.
Experience supervising staff and developing teams.

Responsibilities

Lead contract management services across the Northeast Division, establishing priorities and coordinating workload.
Oversee the contract portfolio, ensuring compliance and timely execution across divisions.
Serve as SME on complex contracting matters and provide guidance on risk and policy requirements.
Partner with Legal, Finance, Grants, Operations, and program staff to resolve contract-related issues.
Develop and implement processes, tools, and training to improve compliance and service delivery.
