The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Senior Paralegal, Contracts for remote work in the United States. You will review, draft, negotiate, and manage a broad array of commercial agreements using established templates and playbooks.

You will coordinate intake, identify risks, and help drive timely execution across business units. The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong organizational and writing skills, and experience with contract management systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of combined legal and administrative experience or equivalent.
• Experience reviewing and managing contracts including vendor, consulting, technology, and services.
• Proficiency with MS Office and document management systems such as SharePoint or iManage.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts using templates, playbooks, and guidance.
• Coordinate contract intake with internal stakeholders and manage timelines and approvals.
• Track contract metrics and support contract templates, clause libraries, and management systems.
