• Experience with ID/IQ contracts and FAR/DFARS guidelines.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead contracts professionals at all career levels and develop the team.
• Oversee proposals, monitor contracts, negotiate terms, and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with Leidos policies and contract requirements.
• Mentor staff and interface with senior leadership and cognizant customers.
• Set performance goals and conduct regular reviews.
