Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Commercial Contracts Analyst II to manage and execute contract work with a focus on market research and data purchase agreements. You will act as a superuser for contracting tools, ensure compliance, and guide stakeholders through self-service and full-service processes.

This role requires strong contract management experience, familiarity with PO structures, and the ability to collaborate across Finance and Legal teams while working remotely in PST

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–10 years of experience OR Master’s degree with 5–10 years of experience.
• Preferred experience in contract management, procurement, healthcare law/compliance, or as a paralegal.
• Demonstrated experience handling market research and/or data purchase agreements is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of accounting, billing, and PO structures to support end-to-end financial operations.
• Intermediate knowledge of Mac operating systems, contracting systems, online/cloud systems (e.g., Google Workspace/Docs/Drive/Sheets), and Internet browsers.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, MS Excel).
• Occasional business travel by air or car.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for all contract-related queries, amendments, PO creation, vendor classification, and invoicing queries.
• Advise project owners on direct-self-service vs Full Service processing.
• Process and oversee market research and data purchase contracts.
• Manage US Market Research and MAP to comply with US regulations.
• Process self-service requests and prioritize full-service contract requests to expedite execution.
• Manage POs and invoicing: ensure timely issuance and tracking; liaise with Accounts Payable to resolve billing discrepancies.
