Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5–10 years of relevant experience, or Master's with related experience.
• 5+ years in contract management, procurement, contract administration, legal operations, or related field.
• Experience managing commercial or vendor contracts and contract lifecycle processes.
• Strong knowledge of PO/invoicing/billing and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related questions, amendments, POs, vendor classification, and invoicing issues.
• Review requests to determine self-service vs. full-service contract processing.
• Process market research and data purchase contracts per MSAs and data privacy requirements.
• Coordinate with MyBuy and Navigator for self-service and full-service contracts.
• Manage contract intake, approvals, execution, amendments, and documentation.
• Support US Market Research and MAP activities per requirements.
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure PO structures support complex agreements.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and AP to ensure timely payments.
• Monitor contract workflows and drive improvements with stakeholders.
