Job summary

Dawar Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Contracts Administrator for a 100% remote role. You will oversee contract lifecycle management from initiation through execution, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up to maintain smooth workflows.

You will leverage Salesforce and Conga CPQ/CLM, manage multiple contracts independently in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and streamline pricing, renewals, and approvals.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of contract management or contract operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Conga CPQ/CLM.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract workflows from initiation through drafting, review, execution, and signature.
• Track milestones, payments, renewals, and required documentation.
• Coordinate drafts/updates with internal teams and external partners via email.
• Collaborate with Salesforce, Business Development, and other stakeholders to resolve workflow issues.
