dawarconsulting seeks a Contracts Administrator for a 100% remote, long-term contract in the life sciences sector. You will manage contract lifecycles from initiation to execution, ensuring proper documentation, milestones, and approvals across internal teams and external partners.

Requirements include 2–5 years in contract management, hands-on Salesforce and Conga CPQ/CLM, strong communication, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in contract management, contract administration, or contract operations.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce and Conga CPQ/CLM.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Life Sciences, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract workflows from initiation through drafting, review, execution, and signature.
• Track contract milestones, payment triggers, renewals, and required documentation.
• Coordinate contract drafts and updates with internal teams and external partners, primarily through email.
• Partner with Salesforce, Business Development, and other stakeholders to resolve workflow issues and support complex agreements.
• Maintain accurate contract records and ensure systems are updated throughout the lifecycle.
• Review pricing and margins, compare terms, and identify discrepancies.
