Job summary

Dawar Consulting is seeking a Contracts Administrator for a 100% remote role to support contract lifecycle management in our Personalized Healthcare Solutions business. You will manage contracts from initiation through execution, ensuring accurate documentation and timely workflows.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in contract management, 2–3 years experience with Salesforce and Conga CPQ/CLM, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in contract management, administration, or contract operations.
• 2–3 years hands-on experience with Salesforce and Conga CPQ/CLM.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Life Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract workflows from initiation through drafting, review, execution, and signature.
• Track contract milestones, payments, renewals and required documentation.
• Coordinate drafts and updates with internal teams and external partners via email.
• Partner with Salesforce, Business Development and other stakeholders to resolve contract workflow issues and support complex agreements.
• Maintain accurate contract records and ensure systems are updated through the lifecycle.
• Review contract pricing and margins and identify discrepancies across agreements.
• Support contract scoping, negotiations, execution and process improvements.
• Help streamline contract generation and lifecycle processes using Conga CPQ and CLM.
• Manage multiple priorities and proactively follow up on outstanding items.
