Qualifications

• Master's Degree and 1+ years of contract management experience
• Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of contract management experience
• High School Degree and 8+ years of contract management experience
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Computer skills: Ariba, SAP, Salesforce, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Draft work orders and statements of work based on approved vendor quotes and business requirements
• Review master agreements to confirm active status and that the work order is within contractual scope, term, and financial limits
• Flag out-of-scope services, expired agreements, or missing coverage and coordinate with Legal, Procurement, and the business owner
• Support contract negotiations by incorporating approved terms and routing documentation appropriately
• Act as a business liaison between vendors, internal owners, Procurement, and Legal throughout contracting
• Submit agreements and work orders for Legal review through internal submission tools
• Obtain and exchange required vendor/client documents, including tax forms
• Drive cross-functional communication to move contracts and work orders forward
• Escalate stalled requests or issues that may impact timelines or compliance
• Ensure contracts align with Legal guidelines and internal policies prior to submission
• Submit final agreements for signature per policy
• Upload executed documents into contract management system
• Prepare and submit purchase requisitions and change orders in Ariba
• Track status, duration, and volume and support reporting
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on contracting steps and documentation
