Role Overview
Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to manage company contracts from negotiation to close-out, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, supporting management, and maintaining documentation.
Responsibilities
- Administers and manages company contracts, monitoring contract transactions from negotiation to close-out.
- Ensures that contracts, modifications, and agreements comply with relevant legal requirements, contract specifications, and government regulations.
- Advises management on contractual rights and obligations and provides interpretation of contract terms and conditions.
- Provides timely support to management and proposal team to facilitate the review of solicitations and identifying questions.
- Prepares worksheets and performs calculations in support of contract activities.
- Establishes and maintains excellent internal and external relationships with Program Managers, Customers, and other departments.
- Resolves issues affecting company compliance and ensures satisfaction of legal requirements, company and customer objectives.
- Develops and maintains electronic file management of all contract-related documents.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship + active TS/SCI security clearance.
- 10+ years of related work experience with a MA/MS degree or higher (additional years of relevant experience may be substituted) in STEM, Business, Contract Administration, Statistics, International Relations, Military Studies, Political Science, National Security, Government Economics, Pre-law/Law, or a related field of study.
- Superior interpersonal, organizational, written, verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively manage time and collaborate across a diverse set of department priorities.
- Recognized expert at developing briefs and reports for leadership team review.
- Additional qualifications as needed by organizational requirements.
- Ability to report to designated work location in El Segundo, CA, full-time, based on customer needs.

Pay Range
California, Pay Transparency Salary range: USD $140,000.00 – $220,000.00 per year.
