HomeServe USA is seeking a Contractor Recruiter to source and vet contractors for plumbing, electrical, HVAC and landscaping services. You will manage recruitment within a regional area, coordinating with operations managers and onboarding teams to build a compliant network.

Qualifications

• Inside/outside sales experience with commission-based success.
• Experience sourcing and vetting leads and managing sales territories.
• Computer literate with MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong oral and written communication; negotiation and closing.
• Team-oriented; supports colleagues and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Recruit contractors to establish and maintain a viable contractor network.
• Ensure newly recruited contractors meet business expectations around costing and compliance.
• Negotiate contractor service rates within business guidelines.
• Produce and present recruitment reports highlighting progress and issues.
