This remote role requires 2+ years recruiting and 3+ years trade experience, focusing on plumbing, HVAC, and electrical backgrounds. Travel approx.

30% and strong negotiation skills are essential. Base pay ranges from $70,210 to $99,120 USD annually, with potential performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting and/or managing third party contractors.
• 3+ years prior trade experience required in plumbing, heating, electrical, or similar environment.
• Residential trades experience preferred (plumbing, HVAC, electrical).
• Strong consultative selling, probing, handling objections, and closing signals.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and recruit residential trades contractors across the assigned territory.
• Evaluate provider businesses for capability and alignment with program standards.
• Lead rate negotiations and set service expectations with providers.
• Assist onboarding: compliance docs, credential verification, qualifications.
• Maintain relationships to support long-term network stability and performance.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Operations for smooth onboarding.
• Keep records of recruitment activities and progression.
