Job summary

ICU Medical is seeking a senior contracts professional to manage end-to-end contracting for individual and IDN agreements. You will draft amendments, negotiate terms, and coordinate with Legal, Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution and compliance.

You will develop tools and dashboards to streamline workflows, perform pricing and compliance analysis, and present findings to senior management. This is a remote role with occasional travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 7–10 years of contracting experience in healthcare or life sciences.
• Strong knowledge of pre- and post-signature contracting processes and GPOs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contracting process for individual and IDN contracts.
• Draft, redline, and manage complex contract amendments.
• Coordinate with Legal, Marketing, Finance and other stakeholders.
• Develop tools and dashboards to improve contracting efficiency.
• Provide analytics, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
