Job summary

ICU Medical Inc. is seeking an experienced contracting professional to manage the lifecycle of Individual/IDN contracts. You will drive development, implementation, and maintenance while aligning with market strategies and Model N capabilities.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience in contract management, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and the ability to work with Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Field Sales. This remote role supports US operations and travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5-7 years of contracting experience.
• Experience with IDN contracts and RFP/RFI processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of Individual/IDN contracts.
• Identify and pursue projects to enhance contracting and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Field Sales on contracting needs including approvals for non-standard terms.
