ICU Medical Inc. is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to execute Individual and IDN contracts and manage the full contract lifecycle.

You will develop and maintain templates, perform analytical support, and partner with Sales, Legal, Finance and Marketing to ensure compliant, timely contracting at scale. The role emphasizes driving revenue growth and contract excellence, with a focus on process improvements and leveraging Model N capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree may be required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in contracting or related fields.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Aufgaben

• Execute Individual/IDN contracts and anniversaries to drive revenue and margin.
• Develop, implement and maintain contract templates and tools.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Field Sales on contracting needs.
• Analyze contract data and bid requests for RFP/RFI processes.
• Serve as the field point-of-contact for contracting inquiries.
• Manage contract expirations, amendments and LOXs as needed.
• Lead analytics and dashboards to improve contracting performance and efficiency.
