Job summary

Talkspace is seeking a part-time, contract Therapist (Independent Contract Provider) to reach individuals who need mental healthcare. You will work remotely from your state of licensure on Talkspace's HIPAA-compliant platform, conducting video, audio, and live messaging sessions.

Requirements include active Kentucky independent licensure with LCSW/LMFT/LPCC, professional liability coverage, an active NPI, and reliable tech setup.

Qualifications

Current license to practice independently in Kentucky.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
Individual malpractice liability insurance.
Individual NPI number.
Comfortable learning new online tools and technology.
Reliable internet connection and video-capable device.

Responsibilities

Treat clients remotely in your state(s) of licensure on the Talkspace platform.
Conduct client sessions via video, audio, and live messaging.
Respond to asynchronous client messages weekly.
Complete required clinical documentation after each session.
