You will deliver remote therapy to clients in your licensed state, manage sessions via video, audio, and chat, and handle asynchronous messaging with flexible scheduling.

Ideal candidates hold an active Wisconsin independent license (LCSW/LMFT/LPC), carry professional liability insurance, and have a valid NPI number.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice independently without supervision in the state of Wisconsin.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Independent professional liability insurance and NPI number.

Responsibilities

• Treat clients remotely in your state(s) of licensure on the Talkspace platform.
• Conduct sessions via video, audio, and live messaging.
• Respond to asynchronous client messages weekly in a timely manner.
• Complete required clinical documentation after each client session.
