Shockingly Different Leadership is seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Consultant to manage full life cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers, and utilize effective recruitment strategies across the USA. The role requires 3+ years of recruiting experience and a Bachelor’s degree.

As part of a dynamic team, you will maintain strong communication with clients and SDL staff, focusing on delivering great results in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, including full life cycle.
• Strong consulting skills, capable of working in a team environment.
• Capable of managing tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire life cycle recruiting from generation to hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify hiring objectives.
• Maintain strong communication with SDL staff and clients.
• Work collaboratively to meet deadlines and expectations.
• Articulate and write project plans with deliverables and timelines.

Skills

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university

3+ years of corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience

Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans

CTS/ATS experience

MS Office proficiency

Strong consulting skills

Strong written and oral communication skills

Ability to work under tight deadlines
