Job summary

YO IT Consulting is seeking a Contract Specialist to draft, review, and tailor commercial agreements for enterprise and AI-enabled workflows. Qualifications

Practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with contract drafting experience.
Experience with MSAs, lease, IP and marketing contracts.
Strong written and verbal communication and precise contractual language.
Ability to create or adapt legal documents for real-world scenarios.
Experience with remote collaboration and autonomous work delivery.
Detail-oriented to ensure compliance with laws and best practices.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and provide templates and samples of MSAs, leases, IP licensing, marketing and licensing agreements.
Ensure agreements reflect current legal standards and industry best practices.
Submit well-structured documents contributing to AI training dataset.
Communicate requirements and deliverables clearly, in writing and verbally.
