Visa Hunt is seeking an experienced in-house Corporate Counsel for a part-time, remote role focusing on technology transactions and AI-driven contract review. You will draft, review, and redline MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs, and provide feedback to improve AI model performance in contract tasks.

Ideal candidates have a J.D. from an ABA-accredited school, active US bar admission, and 3+ years in-house experience in the tech sector.

Qualifications

J.D. from ABA-accredited law school required.
Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Minimum of 3 years in-house tech transactions experience (MSAs, NDAs, DPAs).
Exceptional written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
Strong analytical ability and ability to translate legal expertise into AI feedback.
Demonstrated commitment to innovation at the intersection of law and technology.
Experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
Review AI responses to contract scenarios and provide expert feedback to improve model performance.
Create evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for AI contract tasks.
Collaborate with product and research teams to refine data, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review.
