Job summary

You will partner with leadership and HR to build diverse pipelines, develop effective sourcing strategies, and drive full life-cycle recruitment while maintaining compliance and a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of technical and sales recruiting experience.
• Experience in telecom industry recruiting is a plus.
• Experience recruiting nationally across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand business needs.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines.
• Develop and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies to identify top candidates.
• Lead full life-cycle recruitment to hire Zayo employees.
• Guide hiring managers through the recruitment process.
• Drive recruiting activities to ensure a strong candidate pool.
• Screen and present best-qualified candidates to managers.
• Network through industry contacts and associations.
• Ensure compliance with recruiting processes and KPI.
